Journey from Innsbruck Airport to Hotel Apart Garni Siegele

I will start with the positives. Punctual and clean vehicles. The journey to Ischgl from Innsbruck Airport was okay. The vehicle was an estate which was a little cramped for 3 passengers with 3 large bags and 3 sets of skis all inside the vehicle. Luggage was stated in the Find Transfers details. The driver was also stopped and fined for speeding. The return journey was a minibus type vehicle which was a plus. The problem was with the driver. He had the window open and was constantly hydrating in what seemed an attempt from our front seat passengers view to stay awake. He also was driving very fast and weaving between traffic in a dangerous manner.

Journey from Innsbruck Airport to Hotel Garni Lavendel

On arrival in Innsbruck everything went 100%. On our return I contacted them a few days before to confirm our pickup on the Saturday at 09h00. After 5 minutes I called Holiday Taxi only to be informed our driver is not picking up his phone. They then had to find a 2nd driver who picked us up at 09h30. They got us to the airport just in time but the stress they've introduced I will not want anybody else to endure. I would not recommend them as drivers are not reliable.

Our flight was half an hour early and got through customs and bag collection really quickly, but the Driver was still ready when we arrived.

Flight arrived early and driver was there waiting. Driver arrived in plenty of time for hotel/return pick-up. Vehicles were excellent and drivers really nice. Definitely use again.

Journey from Innsbruck Airport to Niederau Wildschönau

Trip form the airport was brilliant. Couldn’t fault the driver at all. The return journey was not as good. The driver arrived an hour early as he said the traffic was bad. We were rushed into the taxi and then got to the airport in no time at all. Presume that he had an other pick up to make. He was also on his phone either taking without hands free or texting for most of the journey.
