Holiday Taxi Innsbruck

I originally asked for a transfer at 15:30, allowing 1:20 to get from Solden to Innsbruck Airport in order to arrive at 16:50, the recommended 2 hours before the flight. Holiday Taxi Innsbruck came back and said they would send a car at 16:00 because the journey would only take 50 mins. The car arrived at just before 16:20 and dropped us off at Innsbruck Airport at 17:40. Fortunately we still made our flight (or there would be a lot of swear words in this review). However, cutting it so fine removes any feeling of relaxation in a journey and we had no time to browse duty free or buy gifts in the Terminal. I naively assumed that Holiday Taxi Innsbruck's experience had allowed them to predict the travel time more accurately than Google, who were showing 1:10, or our experience in doing the outward journey (also ~1:10). Sadly I have to assume that the reason for such a wildly optimistic estimate and late arrival was to fit-in with other commitments; which tells you all you need to know about their priorities, which clearly do not include getting their customers to the destination calmly and on-time. I have no idea if the fault is with the driver or the controller but my suspicion is the latter.

Very helpful driver. Comfortable and roomy taxi. The car was 20 minutes late for the picking up on the return trip but the driver phoned and notified about the delay.

The driver was not so easy to find, but this was due to the Police being rather aggressive at Innsbruck airport, so my advice would be to head to the car park to the right after arriving at Innsbruck airport. Once we found each other the driver managed to get all our luggage and skis into the quickly and efficiently and got us to our apartment in record time. The return Journey was also good and we got some weathers originals too!

Went from Innsbruck to Serfaus and back with 5 person family. The driver was really helpful and drove a few extra miles to our hotel in Innsbruck even though I had originally booked my return trip only to the airport.

Both drivers were on time and polite and helpful Everything we would want from a private transfer Car was comfortable, communication good Will definitely use again Many thanks!

The transfer from Innsbruck to Mayrhofen was excellent but unfortunately the driver for the return trip was 20 minutes late in arriving which made it very stressful as the airport was extremely busy and we were having to queue for a long time.The drivers were very polite but don’t speak any English.

All drivers were courteous and on time, 4 different vehicles used all in good order

On time, a really nice vehicle. Even got a booster seat for a child without extra charge. We where late at pickup because of lost luggage but no extra charge for the delay.

The company were on time and fine. However on the return journey the driver was talking on his mobile phone for a long time. I appreciate it’s not illegal in Austria but it was unnerving for the passengers, including 3 children. One of the ta is also smelt of cigarettes.
