Journey from Innsbruck Airport to Schischule Kostenzer

We were on a tight time schedule, due to a late flight, and needed to get to our destination promptly. An agent was waiting for us, at the arrivals area, and escorted us directly to the taxi. After expecting to be late for our evening meal reservation, we actually arrived 5 minutes early! Our return pick was was very timely and the vehicles were comfortable and spacious. Our quotation was very reasonable, which did make us wonder if the service would be adequate but, we were not disappointed. Thank you to Find Transfers and, Holiday Taxi Innsbruck !!

Trip from Innsbruck airport to our destination was good. Driver was waiting for us and was helpfull. Trip from our destination was also good, but the driver arrived 30 minutes earlier then expected. During this trip the driver had a big wooden case in the front of his taxi, with some euro bills, to insinuate you should tip 10 or 20 euro's. Drivers wasn't happy with the amount he got tipped, i guess. Because it wasn't 10 euro's.. Try to smile next time when you drop people off! You got paid! Didn't you?

Driver didn't show up for the return trip. We had a early flight out and luckily our night manager at our hotel found us a taxi (called him out of bed!!).

I found Holiday Taxi to be extremely efficient & accommodating. We had issues with our flights changing on a nearly hourly basis due to an unforeseen British Airways tech issue, this meant that we had to keep changing our pick up time from Innsbruck airport but the team were contactable throughout the situation and kept us at ease that our transfer will be there wating for us.
