Journey from Lyon Airport to Tignes Le Lac

Our Driver Thiery was superb, an excellent safe driver clearly very knowledgeable and experienced with Ski resort drop off's , He advised he would be early on collection as the bank holiday traffic may be longer to ensure we arrived at the airport in good time, really excellent communication throughout providing outstanding customer service , he allowed enough time for a food and toilet break with our 3 hour transfer which made the journey really relaxing knowing we were in safe hands 10 + Stars thanks again

Journey from Chambéry Airport to Val Thorens

Our driver Thierry is a lovely chap who communicated clearly with us my email and WhatsApp before our transfer from Chambery to the Three Valleys. He was punctual and the pickups went smoothly. His car was clean and comfortable and he had an enormous trailer which had plenty of space for our luggage. Thierry drove smoothly and safely. He was kind and helpful in helping to arrange my daughter’s transfer later in the day, he brought her via my accommodation so that I could give her a key. The only negative point was that Thierry asked us to lie to the Police (if he were to be stopped on the road), and to tell them that we were part of “a carpool”. This made us uncomfortable and is the only reason I have not given him 5 stars.

Journey from Grenoble Airport to Alpe d'Huez

Our driver was great and kept in contact via whatsapp to check how we were progressing through the security queue at the airport. He was outside to meet us and helped with our bags. The driver was friendly, the car was comfortable and water was provided for us. The major bonus for us was the return journey time. Whereas our friends on a package deal were collected from the chalet at 7 hours before their flight we were able to leave 4 hours before the flight, meaning we started our day at 8am instead of 4am :-)
