You should explain the whole situation : 1/ My job is to recommend a departure time as I know very well the traffic conditions. This is the reason I recommended a departure time: - at 7:00am for your daughter for January 29th (by the way, a transfer that you cancelled, see point #2), - 5:00am for you for February 5th because it was French holiday and the traffic is a nightmare. 2/ You cancelled your daughter's return on the 29th of January, which I understand. But I refused other customers because I had your daughter's transfer. Then I lost work because of you. I didn't ask anything for my losses, did I? 3/ I was at 5:00am, as I recommended, near your apartment in Meribel-Mottaret on Saturday February 5th. You didn't show up, it is called a "CUSTOMER NO SHOW". Summary: You changed everything, not me, I did exactly what I recommended but you didn’t show up.
