The communication with the company was excellent and I was kept informed of my transfers . The driver Thierry was courteous and provided me with useful information on Lyon . The service provided from the start to we were left off at the airport on our return was excellent

Journey from Lyon Airport to 18

Thierry picked us up and was very informative about what we were passing on the way to the hotel. His English was excellent which made it easier for us as our French was more than a bit rusty. He picked us up again at the agreed time and avoided the bust traffic by taking an alternative route to the airport.which was great. I would thoroughly recommend him to everyone looking for an airport transfer.

Journey from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport to Cours de Verdun Perrache

We were met by our friendly driver outside departures, who greeted us with a smile despite the fact our flight was 30 minutes late. He was friendly, helpful and chatty, making us feel at ease. When he dropped us at the hotel he told us to call him if we needed anything at all during our stay - directions, recommendations, anything. We all agreed it was a great start to our trip. On return the driver arrived at our hotel 15 minutes before the allocated time and again was incredibly friendly, asking us about our trip, remembering places we had planned to visit and carrying all our luggage. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Journey from Lyon Part-Dieu to Méribel

We had a prompt pick-up from Lyon station despite our delayed Eurostar service. Originally a Peugeot 3008 hybrid car was booked with Thierry but this was upgraded to a Mercedes E class with change of driver advised the day before - although we would have liked the transparent roof, this upgrade was probably a blessing as our luggage might otherwise have been a squash at best. Remi the driver was very polite and courteous and very helpfully spoke reasonable English so, together with my much more limited French, we could converse sufficiently. The journey to Meribel was smooth, despite some difficult to avoid traffic queues on the A43 which added about 45mins to the journey, but the free film streaming for the children ensured the journey remained very relaxed throughout.
