Also, I sent you many text at each stop I had to do, but you did not use the cellphone number you provided. On the booking, you had a UK cellphone number but you used a Spanish one. How can I contact you in this case? I showed you all text I sent you when I met you. You answered me that this UK number doesn't run in Switzerland. You should have sent me a text me with the good cellphone number. It would have been better for me. Regards.

Hello Ellinor, I started road enough in advance to be on time. But during the climbing, 3 coaches in front of me. On mountain roads, we have can have many things and you saw it yourself. During the trip to the airport, I even used some "small roads" to avoid the maximum traffic jam. Also, do you remember this red light which was sooooo long? We have never seen that before. Anyway, you did not miss your flight and it is the most important. Regards.

First, we adapt vehicles to the number of passengers. You were 2 passengers and another customer called at the last minut for 5 passengers. We did not have any other choice to exchange vehicles. Secondly, when you arrived at the airport, you asked my driver where was the Volvo and he answered that it has been affected to another transfer due to the number of passengers. Then you said it was not a problem for you and you understood perfectly. Thirdly, for the price you paid, the service was good and, more, the weather conditions forced my driver to install the snow chains and you arrived safe at your destination.
