Please do NOT use this company! - despite promising us the latest Volvo SUV with all the mod cons, they turned up with a small Renault that couldn't fit us and all the luggage I had previously stipulated. -consequently we took a taxi at 700 euros as it was late and had no other option -the owner Thierry has been consistently rude and simply didn't care (we were also travelling with 3 children which he knew) -he also lied consistently saying that I was sent a voucher with details of the car and that I knew which car was meeting us. If I had known which car it was - I would have cancelled it and not wasted my time and money as I would have KNOWN we wouldn’t fit ! -he has an appalling way of treating customers

We family of 4 including 2 children booked this airport transfer 8 months in advance. Only end up ruining our holidays because of this irresponsible driver of LyonByCar cab company. Flight on time arrival we were made to wait in the Lyon airport. Worst experience is the delay in picking up to return to airport inspite of prewarned telephone. 90 minutes delay ending up missing the return flight. Ended up paying from our pockets £700/- extra to organise our own flight back to Newcastle and stay overnight in Lyon. . To add insult to injury was, after knowing that we have missed our flights driver was rude to our 11 year old autistic child (driver was made aware of it) because of couple of minor foot prints on the back of his seat. LyonByCar is Ultimate nightmare company and this ski holiday turned out to be the worst experience. Not recommend anyone to use this company - Following the reply from the company, this customer added the following comments: I have read the message and it goes to prove how inconsiderate this man is. Fact of the matter is, this man continues to show his arrogance inspite of the fact that he is responsible for the missed flight. I am disgusted to see him continue to be arrogant after causing inconvenience to me, my family and my patients. The fog he is blaming is a lame excuse as it never interrupted our journey back and ask this man to check his journey time back to the airport. It was 2 hours. The fog didn't delay the flights to land or take off prove it further. His response is unapologetic and disgusting and I am disappointed. I would like him to be aware that the car might cost 70000 euros, good for him. But cleaning the foot prints do not cost a penny.

Thierry's our drivers english was great which made our transfer easy. He was very helpful and punctual. He used texting to let us know where and when he would arrive. The car was very new, clean and had wifi. He drove safely and had a special seat for our youngest child. The car was able to comfortably fit our family of 5, including 3 very large suitcases.

By far the best price I could find for a private transfer. Wasn't expecting much, however the transfer was very comfortable and communication was made very easy! Really friendly driver - certainly reccomend this company to anyone looking for ski transfer. Thankyou!

Very friendly, prompt service. Willing to take us to stops along the way not originally discussed which is excellent. The only reason i gave a 4 and not 5 star is because the reservation called for 4 people but driver indicated he only thought there were 3. We all fit but it was very tight in the back. It clearly states 4 PAX on my on line booking form. He returned us to the airport with the same car as before so it would have been tight again if I hadn't driven back to the airport in a colleague's car. Car was great for 3 people or 4 skinny people but since it doesn't fit 4 comfortably I gave it a 4

Very good transfers. The driver was great, very pleasant and helpful. The car was superb.

Thierry was there waiting for us despite a delay to the flight. He was very polite, we got free water bottles in the car, and then he was there, as planned, to pick us up early on Tuesday morning.

On time, well dressed and very helpful. Will use again when in the area.
