Good transfer all round. Driver waiting patiently (despite half an hour delay due to passport control queues). Brand new Dodge vehicle - very comfortable, although needed 10 minute detour on way to get ethanol!.

Journey from Chambéry Airport to Les Menuires Residence Ski Soleil Les Bruyeres

We were picked up on time both when we arrived and needed to get back down the mountain for our flight home. The cars were very clean and the chauffeurs very courteous and friendly. We were offered bottled water on the way up the mountain which was much appreciate after the flight. The car on the way back to the airport was a large comfortable American wagon with a separate truck attached perfect for luggage, skies, snowboard and any other type of equipment. The drivers knew all the roads perfectly.

Wonderful service, great comfortable vehicle, arrived almost an hour earlier and waited patiently, the driver fluent in English, helped with the luggage beyond expectations, knows fastest routes considering the trafic, very fairly priced

Journey from Aéroports de Lyon to Club Med les Deux Alpes

Myself, my wife and our three children did the airport transfer from Saint-Exuperry to Les Deux Alpes. Thierry is an excellent driver. His current car, a Dodge Durango, is very comfortable. The suitcases are transported in a trailer, extending the space for the passengers. He also provided us wifi. Excellent value for money. I recommend.

Journey from Chambéry to Val Thorens

I would not recommend LyonByCar for a transfer to anyone. I have been travelling to Val Thorens for 14 years and have never had such a bad service. Lack of planning, communication resulted in us having to get another transfer company to get my group to the airport. Letting you know 30 minutes before you are to be picked up that your transfer is cancelled is very unprofessional. Trying to use clause 5.1 of the terms and conditions Force Majour ( unforeseen circumstances) to try and keep our fee because no proper planning for the bad weather had been done by LyonByCar. Ihad warned LyonByCar of the weather conditions and it was broadcasted in weather bulletins for the whole area on radio and television the day before. So it was not unforeseen. Thank you to Matt from Find Transfer for helping me get the refund I was due.
