Journey from Palma Mallorca Airport to Zafiro Palace Alcudia

Excellent service, return transfer to airport with no problems at all and they provided a car seat for my wee boy which was perfect. Would definitely use the service again!!

Journey from PALMA MALLORCA AIRPORT to CALA BONA

Collection from airport to hotel was ok although the driver was late meeting us, I was about to call when he arrived. He seemed more interested in greating someone he knew. the journey to the hotel was ok.I do feel he could have helped more as we had elderly relatives one in a wheelchair and one with a walking stick plus luggage he stood at the door waiting for us to get to him, talking to his friend that just came of a plane. On the return journey we had a different driver he arrived early and was very helpful, polite and wished us a good flight much more customer friendly.

I was worried our transfer wouldn’t be there as our flight was delayed but they were there waiting on arrival, I asked for a car seat and one was waiting, the drivers were very friendly, patient and helpful, on departure the taxi arrived 30 mins before our pick up which was great, great service will use again
