Journey from Palma Mallorca Airport to Protur Safari Park Aparthotel

We were delighted our driver met us at the arrivals gate as our flight was over 3 hours late., and we were all tired after the journey and the delay. We consisted of a family of 6, including children. We notified company of late flight and we were told it was no problem and that they would track the flight, which they did. They were very courtous and helpful over the phone. I would certainly recommend Mallorca Buses. , for its punctuality and efficency. They also had carseat for our 4 year old, and the driver was very helpful with our baggage. I give them 10/10. We also had a beautiful bus.

Unfortunately our driver was not at the airport when we arrived& was quite abrupt but efficient. The return driver however was most pleasant & chatty in contrast.

Journey from Majorca Airport to Protur Safari Park Aparthotel

Excellent service. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the minibus that picked us up on arrival was rather old with very poor air conditioning (if any?). The one on the return trip was a much more comfortable temperature.

Journey from Palma de Mallorca to Hotel Iberostar Club Cala Barca

The service was on time and easy to find at the airport. Also, when our flight was delayed, they were quick to reply to text message and to track our flight. Our drive to our hotel was quick and but always safe. For the return trip, the driver was at our hotel early (even prior to our 555am pickup time!) and our drive to the airport was without incident.

Journey from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) to hotel SOL PALMANOVA Pinzones

Excellent service! The driver met us at the airport as agreed. The mini-bus had airconditioning that was very important for the trip. We have been safely and quickly delivered to the Hotel and timely collected. We higly recommend MallorcaBuses. Will definetely use them again for our next visit.
