Journey from Palma de Mallorca Airport to Alua Calas de Mallorca Resort

Mallorca buses made is so easy and comfortable for us, the driver picking us up from the airport was so great, we had to wait a little longer then expected for our luggage but he was so helpful to wait and kept in contact with me via messages. Being picked up from the hotel to get back to the airport was also great, only issue I had was they forgot a car seat for our daughter, she was big enough to be able to sit on my lap with a seat belt but I was very nervous and anxious about it, the driver was understanding and apologetic.

Both our vehicles were of high standard. Both drivers we had were nice and friendly. On our return journey, our toddler got sick in the car and our driver was so kind. He had plenty of tissue paper and was very helpful and understanding. We tried to give him more money for the price of cleaning but wouldn’t take it. Highly recommend this company.

We booked both transfers to and from the airport. The driver was on time on our arrival (and early for our return journey to the airport). We were exhausted on arrival and trying to get our son to nap in the car. The driver was very respectful and had the music turned down so our son could drift off asleep, without us having to ask. Everything went smoothly, the vehicles were clean and spacious and we would recommend, particularly for families who need car seats.
