Efficient, polite and friendly. We had our flight rescheduled and nothing was too much trouble. They accommodated us and arrived earlier at the airport for us. On the return, they put on Disney music for my two young children. Fantastic service!

We have never used a private transfer before however We would definately use this company again. It was very easy to book and the staff were prompt and helpful in their email reponses to initial questions I asked. The drivers were both very friendly and helpful with loading luggage. They provided car seats for our 2 year old and 4 year old as requested. And in terms of reliability - the driver was exacactly where the email told ua he would be and they were 15 minutes early to pick us up from our hotel for our return transfer to the airport. In addition to this, we emailed 24 hours before returning home and asked if we could bring our pick up time earlier in case of delays in getting through the airport and within half an hour, we had a response saying that our times had been changed as requested. Thanks for the excellent service provided and great communication.

Our flight was delayed by over 1 hour but the driver was waiting fir us in the arrivals hall. We were to be picked up at 14.45 from our hotel for our return and the driver was there 10 minutes early. Air conditioned bus. Really great service and I will use Mallorca Buses again. Thank you to Mallorca Buses
