Easy to schedule through findtransfers, they confirmed pickup time and address. Driver was there on time, helped with our snowboard bag/luggage, and he was polite. Made it to the airport with no problems and even a few minutes ahead of schedule.

It was on time,preferred a van but it is ok we managed to get in .Thank you.

Driver was willing to accommodate delay due to airline delaying luggage arrival by 6 hours and all our gear being in the bags. Lots of patience with the traffic and long hours to get there in the end.
