Journey from Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) to Méribel

The transfers were on time and the drivers and cars were excellent. On the return transfer the driver, Thierry, went out of his way to ensure my injured wife as comfortable and he assisted us with wheelchair check in at the airport . Fantastic service.

Faultless transfer. Fabrice was excellent. Great with communication prior to travel and was very punctual. Excellent driver. Vehicle very comfortable and Fabrice provided bottles of water for the trip. Highly recommend.

Journey from Alpe d'Huez to Lyon Airport

Unfortunately our pick-up was delayed as our driver was stuck in traffic. As we were returning from resort to the airport, timing was important. The stuck driver arranged an alternative pick up, and so we left 30 minutes late. Our replacement car/driver was great and got us to the airport on time. I suppose traffic is always terrible on changeover day, so maybe the first driver should have travelled earlier, but at least MilTrans sorted the problem and we got our flight. Would be happy to use again - very comfortable, fast and safe transfer.

Our driver Fabrice was great. We started to communicate through whatsapp the day prior to the transfer. Ininformed him our flight was late and he was there waiting for us once we arrived with a big smile. Nice car and safe driving.
