Our taxi driver was waiting for us as we left customs. He had a card with our name so it was simple to spot him. Our french was limited but he spoke some english so no problems encountered.The car was clean & air conditioned with sweets & water available. We couldn't have asked for a more polite & pleasant driver. When dropped off at the address he helped us to contact the apartment owner when we encountered some difficulty with the mobile. All in all a very good experience.

My trip from Lyon to Vichy was perfect. The driver met me on time at the arrivals, carried my luggage, to a clean comfortable car. He also had complimentary water and candies. He was a great driver and we arrived exactly when he predicted. Top experience from beginning to end.

Driver was waiting for us at the airport with our name up. He was a helpful man who drove at a steady pace and we felt comfortable in the taxi. There was plenty of sweets and water. He checked that the air conditioning was okay. Would highly recommend this driver and company.

Very punctual and effective. On the return we went to the terminal because he did not trust our ticket and he was right to take us back to the correct terminal. Thank you muy puntual y eficaz. Journey from Lyon Airport to Place de la Baleine

This was the first time we had booked our own transfer from airport to accommodation and back again...........we were absolutely delighted with Mil Trans . Their punctuality, the care and courtesy of our driver ,who had water and sweets in the car for us , was excellent. His help with our luggage was also much appreciated. Could not ask for a better experience . We will not hesitate to use this company again.

Journey from Lyon Airport to 88 Quai de Pierre-Scize

The booking confirmation stated "The driver will wait for you at the arrivals with a sign and your name on it. Please turn on your mobile phone at your arrival (only if that is possible." The driver was not at the arrivals with a sign and our name on it. I turned on my phone as soon as possible but it was a while before I got a service at which time I'd missed a message to say that he was waiting outside. He still did not have our name on a board so there was no way we would know who our driver was or which was his car. The return transfer was excellent.

Hi there Our driver was great. The car was very comfortable clean and luxurious. Only one slight issue was he was running about 10 minutes late however this was not a problem for our flight I was just a bit worried he might not turn up. Kate
