Journey from Lyon Airport to Hôtel Kyriad Lyon Centre Perrache

I was told the driver would be in the airport with a sign with my name but I did not find him until I was outside the airport and had to phone him on my mobile, only to find that the man answering his own mobile was the driver answering my call.

Journey from Lyon Airport to 24 Boulevard des Belges

I got the transfer for my mother in law. The driver was not waiting inside for her and at no time was there any comunication saying where her was going to be until she lasted. A text was sent with a location, which of course she didn't know where to go. There was no water as advertised and I am really disappointed with the service

Hi, This is the message from the driver for you: "I wait for 20 minutes inside the terminal with the sign, than I went back to my car at the dropzone. I called by phone but it did not answer so I sent a text message saying I was waiting at the drop zone. Then your mother in law called me with a taxi driver's phone. So, I met your mother in law where she was near the taxi. For the water, she did not ask. She is a very pleasant person and our trip to the hotel was nice."

Journey from Lyon Airport to Le Château d'Ailly

My flight was delayed by 2 hours the driver was easy to contact through text or calling him. He put my mind at rest by telling me not to worry about the delay he would be waiting for me. Collection at Lyon airport was easy. The driver was very polite and spoke good English. The price was very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Journey from Lyon Airport to Warwick Reine Astrid - Lyon

Driver was waiting for us in the arrival area, with and clearly signposted us. Pleasant welcome and took our bags for us. Car was parked very close. Car was clean and well presented. Car had sweets and drinks for for refreshment. Driver had local knowledge of events and engaged in conversation. We had the same driver on return, which again was good. Would recommend.

The driver was waiting for us in the arrival area after picking up our bags with a large sign (iPad) with our name on it, took our bags, nice car, speedy service with water offered.

Journey from 27 Rue Fénelon to Aéroport Lyon Saint-Exupéry

The service was just exceptional. The punctuality in yime, the cleanness of the vehicules, the kids seats as requested, the respect of the drivers for us and for traffic rules in addition to their help for us with the luggage. I recommend them for anyone traveling who is looking for great and lovely experience

Journey from 79 Quai de Pierre-Scize to Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport

Initially I only booked the transfer from the airport to our destination in Lyon rather than booking both ways - just in case we had reason for not using them a second time. However, we were very pleased with our first transfer so I booked the return to the airport a week later to which this review applies. During our stay a family member booked Mils Trans for a transfer they needed. The only slight surprise for us was that he quote was 5 euros more than the inward transfer. However, as it was still a good price I booked Mil Trans and the same driver was as good as he had been the first time - helpful, polite, punctual and drove safely.
