It was useful to book and I could get in time for my plane. The reason for the Poor rating on punctuality is that my driver arrived 1 hour and a quarter late. It was not his fault but that of the previous customer who arrived one hour late.

Journey from KOPSTER Hotel Lyon Groupama Stadium to Club Med Alpe d'Huez - French Alps

I do recommend MIL TRANS. The driver Fabrice took my family from Lyon to Alps d´Huez. He was very kind and drove safely. The vehicle was a big van from MBenz, which comfortably was able to accomodate 2 large suitcases + 4 carry-ons. The driver was punctual.
