The vehicle was in a bad shape. No working safety belts and missing internal trim. The AC only just worked. The driver was a good driver for us.

Simple to book, and the drivers where on time. It was also easy to find the dispatcher outside the terminal. Pretty quick respond on whatsUp. Maybe wish for the driver to maybe talk little, seems like english was not so good. And maybe stay near speedlimit on the highway, 120-140km/h is maybe little to risky for the passanger.
