We requested booster seats for 2 children . There weren’t any.

I sent an ultra luxury vehicle for a group of 8 people We're sorry we couldn't add extra child seats because their seats are VIP. Again, thanks for your comment.

The transfer from airport to Istanbul city centre was smooth and really well managed. On arrival instructions are very clear to pick up point and were met by the agent who helped us into our taxi within 10mins of arrival. Taxis are of a high quality with lots of space and are family friendly.

Excellent pre pick up instructions sent via WhatsApp . Despite our flight delay, Ozmultu rep met us at arrivals and took us to our driver, clean car and safe driver straight to our hotel. Pickup on return to airport was punctual , felt safe and comfortable, lovely clean taxi van. Very polite staff and would recommend. Thanks Özmutlu
