Journey from Istanbul Airport to Sirkeci Tren Garı

Communication was good, vehicles were of a very high standard. However, prepayment via two different methods failed, meaning we had to do cash: this felt uncomfortable. On the way back to the airport the taxi was over an hour late, and then had to park a km away up a hill due to the traffic, which we had to make our way to with luggage. The traffic was horrendous as it was a public holiday, and they couldn't control that, but it was predictable and they clearly didn't allow for it in their timings. Fortunately our flight was delayed anyway so it was okay.

Hello, because it was an official holiday, our vehicle traveled 1 km in 1 and a half hours. Since you said that your flight was delayed, we acted comfortably. You told me that the delay was not a problem. In terms of payment, I said you can pay cash in the vehicle if you want, and I made it easy for you.

Journey from Istanbul Airport to Le Petit Palace Hotel

Good communication, punctual pick up and drop off. Given 3 stars because they claimed to be the best, but turned up in a vehicle with a shabby, worn interior and there was no air con. We asked for the windows to be opened, to be told that only one works. So we sweated away until we got to our hotel. Not a big deal for some, but it mattered to us.

Journey from Beyoğlu to Istanbul Airport

I had to wait 15 minutes for the vehicle that will pick me up because my hotel check-out process was getting longer. First of all, they waited patiently without causing any problems. The interior was comfortable and the driver was incredibly sweet. I would like to thank both Özmutlu tourism and Find transfer for being able to reach them.
