I am from NY and wasn’t sure what to expect when I made the booking. Petrizio is the owner and driver and our experience with him was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. He was always on time, very friendly, well dressed and speaks good English. I enjoyed the conversations we had for our 3 hour trip from lake como to Santa Margherita. His Mercedes E class was pristine, in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. We liked him so much and our experience was so good that we booked him again for transport from cinque terre to Milan. Look no further. You will not be disappointed.

We used Patrizio for two journeys between Bergamo and Milan. His service was exceptional in every way. He communicated well and was always quick to respond. Despite the flight being delayed by an hour and our return journey being early in the morning he was always ready on time and kept us up to speed with where he was. His mercedes is a beautiful and comfortable car that he clearly takes great pride in as it was always freshly cleaned. His driving was unrushed and the journey was very pleasant, safe and relaxing. He also took time to give us advice and recommendations for the area we were visiting and was very welcoming. I have used many private cars in Italy for this kind of journey and without doubt Patrizio has been the best that we have experienced. Well done Patrizio I have no reservations in recommending him to others and will travel with him again the next time I'm in the area.

When an essential airport change occurred at the very last minute, Patrizio was right there to help us shift course, and in addition he helped us with finding (also last minute) the most convenient airport hotel reservation. He is an excellent careful driver, with a very clean car, and a friendly flexible attitude.
