Patrizio was a very nice and polite gentleman. Our flight was slightly delayed and he phoned me to let me know he was waiting. Due to the distance from the airport to our hotel I asked if he would collect us earlier than we had arranged for our return journey and he had no problem doing so. I would highly recommend Patrizio and the company he works with.
