Nightmare of traffic congestion , but driver did a great job to get us to airport on time. They do need to rethink when people book with ski’s though. We did get them in just, but not great having them over peoples shoulders

Journey from Lyon Airport to Tignes

At Lyon airport we were picked up by a replacement driver and car which wasn’t big enough for the four of us and suitcases but he got us to our destination ok. Return journey was completely different Hektor was there at the apartment early in a very nice Mercedes mini van. The journey back to Lyon from Tignes was very enjoyable and relaxing . I understand that cars can break down but they got us to and from the apartment so well done them

Journey from Lyon Airport to Tignes Le Lac

I was worried when the driver was slightly late in picking us up but after I saw the traffic on the way to the resort, I understood why. This was the busiest day in the ski season for transfers. It was chaos out there. Viktor was excellent. Our 3 hour transfer turned into a 10 hour marathon with the chaos of the roads. Viktor kept going and stopped whenever we requested for natural breaks. We were parked on the motorway for hours so stretching legs was never a problem as we could hop out. Coming back Prestige suggested an earlier pick up time. As it was, the traffic was light and we made record time. We had a long time at the airport, but i would prefer that to having a nightmare journey like the one we had to the resort.
