Everything went well overall in our 7 hour drive from CDG airport to Trois Vallees. Our driver was on time and was where we were told he would be. His English was very good, which was very helpful for us. He did seem a little frustrated that it took us a little bit extra time to get out of the airport. We had to stop to get beverages and a little to eat as we had just had an 8 hour overnight flight. He adjusted quickly and moved on once we were in the car and overall was very nice. The last hour of our drive was all mountains and my group would all agree that it was a little unnerving how agressively he drove up the winding roads and how close was to the other cars in front of him. I think this is pretty typical of many drivers in Europe, but it was very uncomfortable for the passengers. Prior to the trip the customer service could have been a little bit more helpful. I had to contact them several times to find out the details of our transport. Findtranfers confirmed with me right away, but Prestige did not. I then asked them (Prestige) to send me a complete confirmation of the order so that I had it directly from them and not just FindTransfers, since they were the actual company we hired, I wanted to make sure we both understood the exact plan. Then I had to I had to send another request to them to find out where we were meeting the driver. We were coming from the US on an overnight flight and did not know where he would be at CDG. It would have been helpful to have all of the meeting information and a confirmation of the order all in one email as soon as I booked it. There were a lot of details to our trip. It helps to have it all in one place, instead of going back and forth over several emails over the course of several weeks. Overall we very happy with our decison to go with this company and certainly would use them again.
