I cannot fault the service we had from Prestige Assistance. Easy communication, flexible payment, punctual and courteous, helpful drivers. I would also recommend, and definitely use again, Find Transfers. The two companies together made the transfer an easy and pleasant experience.

Drivers and the cars were good. We would have appreciated a call from Prestige the day before each transfer to confirm pick-up locations and times though as you don't want to take any risks with transfers before flights.

Journey from Geneva Airport to La Plagne

Securing a booking with Prestige Assistance was singularly the WORST action I have ever taken regarding transfers from Geneva airport to our ski resort in 40 years of travelling. I made my booking to transfer 13 adults on the 8 January 2022 to travel on 26 February. On 21 February, I received an email from them cancelling my transfer arrangement with a frankly unbelievable excuse. The stress of trying to find a transfer for a large group of people was immense and significantly more expensive. I do NOT recommend this company and they inevitably impact Find Transfers 'reputation by being on their register. I have only rated the driver as I cannot seem to submit my review unless I complete this part of the form.

Journey from Chambery Airport to La Tania Ski Resort

The vehicles were good and the drivers excellent. because of the COVID paperwork and passport control it took one hour to clear immigration and collect luggage, which I am sure happens every Saturday. when we arrived at our destination they wanted an extra 140 Euros because they had to wait an hour, even the driver thought it was unfair. i did not pay it. things like this leave a nasty taste.
