Overall a great experience. We got to the airport a little early, so it took a phone call to find the driver - but it was worked out within 10 minutes. Driver was professional (although he spoke no English - but had a phone translator app that worked well) and got us to the resort quickly. I would use them again.

First of all, while the company confirmed to assure us a transfer for 7 people with 7 luggages, 7 pair of skis and 7 pairs of skiboots, The company sent a mercedes V that was obviously too small to fit. When we called the company, the person that answered the phone had an agressive attitude and told us that we either pay for another car or we deal with the problem ourselves, after we paid the transport to fit all of us. He did not try for even a second to help us, instead he yelled at us when the fault was not ours, so we had to ride 2 hours with half our bags in our arms so we would fit.

Journey from Val-d'Isère to Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS)

Although the confirmation process was not very smooth ( we called several times and left messAges which were not answered) Mikhael was very punctual. We were just concerned about the timing but a day before they sent comfirmation and on the day they were there on time. Thank you.
