Journey from Civitavecchia to Hotel Napoleon

Our driver was late picking us up because he said he did not have the name of our ship although I thought I had provided it. But more importantly we were troubled by how much the driver talked on his phone and looked at this emails or texts. The vehicle was spacious and clean.

Reply from the transfer company:

As you will notice the port of Civitavecchia is very large and having not provided the name of the ship we were unable to arrive in time. We tried to call you but the number you provided was not correct. As soon as I received her phone call we arrived in her in ten minutes. The driver telephoned in the office because he had to arrange the later services for the delay to complete the service. Luckily this is the only negative review in two years of collaboration, maybe you should think of his words. Thanks for all.

Rome Luxury Transport was very professional, responsive, dependable and luxuousious. Would use them for any transport in the future. Very nice and made life so easy and comfy. Much nicer than convoluted and longer train trip or dealing with a taxi from the airport.

Nice spacious vehicles and timely arrival. We would be happy to use Rome Luxury Transfer again. A general point, it can take a while to locate any driver at Fiumicino as you are met by a sea of drivers and name boards in arrivals.
