Journey from Fiumicino to Hotel Hiberia Roma

Everything was Fine, our flight was changed, we had to fly via Munich instead of Frankfurt, I Sent a Mail which was answered At once. The driver was waiting for US in Rome. The car was New and there were no Problems. We were picked up punctually for our Return Journey. A very Stress free Journey.

Journey from Rome (Fiumicino) FCO - Terminal 3 to Hotel Esposizione Roma

Good service, instructions re meeting point were a wee bit vague due to the number of information desks in the airport and it took a little while to find our driver but this was mostly down to the reasons above. We did pass the many drivers with name boards but did not see ours so not sure if he was a tiny bit late or if we just did not see him, there were a lot of drivers there so perhaps we overlooked ours.

Journey from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) to Hotel Giolli Nazionale

The transfer worked as planned and scheduled. The chauffeur appeared at the exit to the airport as pre arranged. He held up a card with our name on it so we would connect with him. From there he took command of the luggage and walked us to the limousine. We arrived at our hotel after a pleasant ride through the centre of Rome and deposited us and our luggage at the entrance to our hotel. He was pleasant and professional throughout our encounter. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and this service.

Journey from FCO to Ariston Hotel

Whilst the driver who met as the airport was very nice, the car was not the Mercedes E class we booked. Had to send 2 emails to get them to acknowledge that a transit style minibus was not acceptable, and they offered an acceptable refund on the return trip. However this never materialised as we were phoned 2 hours before departure to be told the driver would not be coming, because of the snow! Fortunately we had excellent staff at The Ariston Hotel, who sorted a taxi driver for us at very short notice and the journey passed uneventfully. Two emails were needed to get the point across about how this cancellation affected us, but no recompense was offered, not even the refund from the first journey.

Journey from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO) to Hotel Giolli Nazionale

Our driver met us at the airport as scheduled. He was easy to identify by holding up our name. He took charge immediately by escorting us and our luggage out of the airport to the limousine and we were on our way to the hotel. The limousine was clean and the driver was very curtious. He pointed out various sights as we entered the city. Over all I would rate this service as excellent. This applies to both the driver and the limousine. This service is value for money. After a long International flight with transfers it was a welcome relief to have quick and hassle free transportation to ones hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
