I had a great experience. Driver was waiting with a sign right at the airport exit. He was kind and considerate and dropped me at the door of my stay.

The car was very nice and clean, and the transfer went smoothly, but when I went to pay the driver with my card he very abruptly said no! Cash only, but the emails I received from you said cash or card? I think this driver needs a lesson in manners as he is letting the company down.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..... Clean cars ,nice driver but .... I would like to take the time to thank this company so much. My flight was 2 hours delayed on Monday 3rd from Gatwick to Rome. We arrived and was greated by Driver Alessandro who drove me and my boyfriend to our hotel.After arriving at the hotel and the driver left , my boyfriend realised that his phone had fallen out of his pocket In the car . I called the company and within minutes they texted me the number of our driver . I Called him and tried to explain the situation that had happened. He first denied the phone was there and then called back and messaged saying he had it and he was going to drop it off the next day As he had another job to do that night. Obviously being in a county we both didn't know we was hoping him saying he was going to do it he was ... We was out all day but on the Tuesday we arrived back at the hotel after site seeing and the driver had dropped my boyfriends phone at the hotel and left behind the reception. Please pass on my gratitude to my driver Alessandro,THANK YOU . I really appreciate it. If you need transfer ISE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Our first transfer with the service was 5 star experience. But our second transfer was bad. We missed our flight because the driver was unable to professionally replace a flat tire and one of the passengers, my brother, had to do it for him. The driver also got the multiple stops mixed up resulting in additional loss of time and I suspect the driver went the wrong route at first. One of the passengers was also car-sick from the winding roads and they were kind to pull over multiple times but when I brought up the matter of missing our flight due to directions and the flat tire and asked for a partial *not a full* refund they blamed the missed flight on one of the passengers "being drunk" at 630am and that I should be apologizing to them for the behavior of my guests. But the worst part of the service was we were quoted 500 euro for the transfer but the driver insisted payment of 550. When I brought it up to the manager, they agreed I should be given the 50 euro back but then they stopped responding to me. Findtransfers was kind enough to mitigate the matter on my behalf. I found out FindTransfers was told by Rome Luxury Transfer that they changed their mind and felt they deserved the extra 50 because "the transfer took too much time". But it was their flat tire, their disorganized route for the requested stops, and possibly their bad driving resulting in a sick passengers that turned a 2 hour and 20 minute drive into a 3 hour and 40 minute drive. I will not be using them again. There are many other great transport companies from Rome to Tuscany.

The driver was not at the designated meeting place when my flight arrived and the contact phone number did not work. Once he did arrive, the drive was very comfortable and the vehicle was spacious and of good quality.

Competitive price from Rome Airport to Naples. Driver (Marco) was waiting for us on arrival and helped with bags on short walk to his E Class Mercedes.Car was clean and we were offered water. He drove very well and spoke good English.

On time, courteous, and helpful. One of our party of seven sprained her ankle hiking and had to be airlifted to the hospital from Cinque Terre. Driver met us early at the train station and drove us to the hospital to meet her, just to find out that she had gone to another hospital, then drove us there and waited until she was discharged. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond!!

Nice car, and the driver vas excellent.

On time. Excellant driver. Clean and comfortable Mercedes car. The only down side was that credit/debit card was not accepted. Cash only. This should have been notified before journey.
