Journey from Geneva Airport to Plagne 1800

Both drivers we had were helpful and polite. Our journeys were smooth and hassle free and it was bliss to be picked up from the airport instead of having to fight our way through the hire car process.

Journey from Chambery Airport to Alpoholics Chalet Yogi

Transfer was in time, cost effective compare to other options and was a very nice vehicle. Very comfortable, affordable and nice to get us from Chambery to La Plagne and back. Thank you.

Journey from Geneva Airport to Tignes Le Lac

Really nice guy, easy to chat to. Drivers were great. Got me to venue, made sure we were right outside ski resort apartment after 10 mins searching and asking shop owners where our elusive accommodation was. Grea, both polite and good drivers. Would recommend. WhatsApp chatting to confirm data before etc. Perfect.

Journey from Grenoble Airport to Courchevel 1550

Two different drivers, both friendly, fairly punctual. Some translation difficulties with second driver, but we got there.

Our drivers were on time and thoroughly helpful quick and easy transfer both ways- only negative was a bit expensive

Journey from Lyon Airport to Val Thorens

The perfect transfer! The company reached out in good time before my trip to confirm details and then the driver did the same thing. Upon arrival I could easily spot him. For my return trip, the driver (same guy) reached out a couple of days prior to reconfirm the details. He was there promptly to pick me up (in the early morning!)

Journey from Courchevel 1850 to Geneva Airport

The Driver was very kind, but the car was not appropriate to meet our needs. I explicitly requested a car that could fit 3 adults, a child, 5 suitcases and 1 snowboard case. The car was small and we could not take all the luggage with us. We had to left 1 suitcase to be brought home by friends and the snowboard case had to be dismantled so that the boards could be taken on the car roof. I will never hire Savoyage Transfer again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Dear Mr Lennertz Marcelo I am surprised by your opinion given the behavior you had during this transfer as a reminder the vehicle that we have made available to you is a family estate vehicle for five people and therefore complies with your request. if you wanted a larger vehicle, you should have specified it, we also have 7 and 8-seater vans, but not at the same price. 9:30 am because you had not anticipated your PCR test for your return which has already shifted our departure time then someone forgot their passport we had to turn around to go back to pick it up and to finish the child still went vomited twice in the car we did everything to clean up and provided you with unlimited water when you arrived at the airport we helped you put everything back in the bag so that you can leave quietly from all the opinions I have had so far you are the first person not to recommend me I think that you have not been a very respectful customer either of the schedules and of the efforts that we have made so that your trip goes smoothly despite the various setbacks. for my part I return the compliment to you I would not recommend you to my colleagues good continuation cordially Michaël Taxi Savoyage Transfert
