Hello Tim, I am very disappointed by your opinion and I want to tell the story of our messages so that the truth is clear. You informed me on Saturday February 19 at 2:20p.m. that you would be delayed by 1hr30mins, then at 2:50p.m. you said you would be 4 hours late. The taxi driver who was there to pick you up had to leave as he had another transfer scheduled from Geneva which couldn't wait for your 4 hour delay. I therefore organised to find you another driver on one of the busiest days of the season with a lot of transfers and I informed you by SMS at 5:41p.m. of the arrival of your driver Georges to take you to your vacation spot. You then messaged me at 7:22 p.m. to tell me that you had just arrived and I think at the same time you read my earlier message about the replacement driver who was already there at the airport to take you. He was waiting for you when you arrived and took care of you and you left around 8:45 p.m. You say that I have not given you any news for your return journey (Confirmed for Saturday 26 Feb), when on Tuesday February 22 at 6:01 p.m. (4 days before departure) you messaged me to ask who was coming to pick you up to take you back to the airport, and I answered you at 6:22 p.m. (20 minutes later) and gave you the telephone number and name of the driver that would take you back to the airport. You then sent him a message the same day at 7:48 p.m. and he replied the next morning, February 23 (3 days before departure) at 8:10 a.m. to confirm the pick up time and agree to the change in pick up time you requested. I therefore think that everything has been done to ensure that you are taken care of quickly and in good conditions despite your delay. The day of your arrival many of your compatriots found themselves at the airport without a taxi, which was not your case. I would appreciate a little more consideration and respect for my teams who do their job properly. I cannot post screenshots of our SMS / WhatsApp conversations on this page but I have sent them by email to findtransfers to prove my version of events and to prove your lies. You didn't even have the respect to pay for the wait for the first taxi that made the trip to CHAMBÉRY airport on the day of your arrival for nothing, I had to do it myself. I will not fail to warn my colleagues and my teams of your behaviour. Looking forward to not seeing you again, I do not tolerate liars.
