Journey from Geneva Airport to Les Arcs 1950

unfortunately the driver was delayed on our arrival even though our flight was also late. he had messaged me to say he had an issue with his car but I could not access wifi to find the message on watsap. a voice message would have worked better as I had to contact him to find out where he was. unfortunately we had to wait an extra hour once we arrived for him to come which when faced with a 2-3 hour trip was a shame. had he have been on time I would have rated him higher. does not speak good English which meant for difficult conversation. having said all of this the driver was careful, very polite and pleasant, a refreshment for a long journey might have been welcome considering the cost. we did not have an problems with the return journey plans.

Hello I am sorry that you had the feeling that your trip was bad for the circumstances it is true that following a breakdown of my vehicle I hastened to rent another vehicle and that which caused delay in arriving at the airport, I kept the customers informed as and when time of my arrival. It is true that to go in the precipitation I did not take the time to recover water in my vehicle which remains available. For the return I took all the provisions in relation to the fear of the customers snow-covered roads by picking up customers more than an hour in advance and driving at reduced speed so as not to scare them. to know also that the rental of a class V vehicle for the outward journey did not allow me to make a profit for these transfers I am still very sorry for this downtime caused by a technical problem but I think I have done everything in my power to take my customers to their vacation spot and resume their flight. cordially

Journey from Chambéry Airport to Méribel Mottaret

The transfer went very smoothly and was a great way to get from Chambery Airport to Meribel and back. Communication was great and our driver Michael was very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was comfortable and had plenty of space for all the gear.
