We had an excellent experience with Special Tour NCC. Collection from the airport was quick and easy, the vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver was friendly and efficient. The journey to the airport at the end of our holiday was exactly the same. A first class service which we would happily use again.

Journey from Pisa Airport to Norcenni Girasole Village

Flight was delayed landing in Pisa - no issues, driver was waiting for us. Very pleasant driver. On return journey the driver kept us informed as he was running late due to a car accident on way to collect us. Again, really nice and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Journey from Pisa Airport to Park Hotel Marinetta

After a very long day of travelling with two small children, our courteous driver Simone was very helpful getting us and all our luggage into a very comfortable transport (with children’s car seats) and safely to our resort hotel an hours drive. Booking and confirmation was also simple and efficient. All much appreciated!

Journey from Pisa Airport to Via Galli Tassi

The driver was ready and waiting for us when we exited baggage reclaim at the airport. He was very polite and helpful,and the car was parked just outside the terminal. For the return journey, the driver arrived on time and we were outside waiting for him. Again a very smooth journey back t9 the airport. There was water availability on board for both journies. Communication with the company was very good and we would highly recommend them.

Great company, easy to book, easy to use, great communication and really friendly, professional staff. Our driver, Simone, was really helpful, gave a great mini tour as we drove to our destination and was knowledgeable of the area. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in future!

Journey from Lucca to Pisa Airport

Our driver was excellent. We were being being picked up from Lucca to go to Pisa airport. He was Punctual and friendly and dressed professionally. His English was very good and He spoke to us about the area as he drove and surprised us with a quick stop to see Pisa at 7.00 when nobody was there.

Journey from Pisa Airport to Norcenni Girasole Club

Excellent service provided by our driver Simone (hope I’ve spelt that right). He waited at the airport exit with my name clearly displayed. Immediately asked if he could help with our luggage and directed us to the vehicle which was parked very close to the exit. We then had a very comfortable journey in a clean and tidy vehicle with a steady driver. Unfortunately my granddaughter wasn’t feeling to well during the journey and Simone immediately pulled in to allow her to have some fresh air and offered her water. All in all excellent transfer from and back to airport from a very punctual, friendly and helpful driver.

2 different Drivers. Both very polite , friendly and helpful. Excellent van very comfortable. Great , quick journey both ways and on time. Also best price. I would highly reccomend.
