Journey from Pisa Airport to Park Albatros

Our flight was early so got a text to let us know Simone was aware of this and would be with us in 10 minutes. Both driver and car were spotless and Simone was so friendly and let us know the areas we were passing through. On the return trip he was 15 minutes early .

Journey from Pisa Airport to Lucca

We booked service to take us from airport, service was very good service, only downside was not being to pay prior to travelling had to pay the driver. You do not get a receipt but something we would advise you ask for as we decided to use the company for return trip back to airport, to be advised that driver had said we had not paid, even though we had but did believe us when we said we had. Also state drivers all speak English, we did not find this was the case. We would use this company again, but would want to pay in advance or make sure we got a receipt for payment from the driver.

Reply from the transfer company:

Dear Customer, as explained on the phone, with many services booked can happen confusion about payments. We only called for confirmation without accusing anyone because the driver was confused. The receipt, as requested, will be sent to your email address at the end of the month as to all customers who request. About the payment (as written by eMail) we always give the chance to pay in advance with paypal or bank transfer or to the driver. It is up to the customer to decide. We apologize once again for the inconvenience and we hope the next experience with us will be better.

Journey from Aeroporto Internazionale di Pisa to Piazza della Resistenza no. 4

I liked this company - very approachable and flexible. Especially Claudio who went out of his way to be helpful in respect of my worries about the buyer of my house not paying me properly. He phoned his colleague and got him to explain what I should do to make sure I was legally paid. He was a really good driver too! He was ready and waiting when I arrived from the plane at the airport in Pisa, with a placard with my name on. That made a lot of difference; took away any anxiety at not knowing what was happening. I recommend this company to any travellers - extremely reliable.

Journey from Pisa Airport to Lucca

Simone was exceptionally patient and helpful despite our lengthy flight delay. This was a last minute booking due to another service letting us down but Simone provided an excellent service. Journey from Villa borgo toscano via di baco 153-51034 cantagrillo to Pisa International Airport

Excellent communication. Turned up ten minutes early, helped with cases, vehicle was a very nice Mercedes van with 6 seats. Helped unpack cases and also gave me 2 euro to pay to get a trolley at airport. Excellent service and I would 100% recommend this company.
