Journey from Florence to Pisa International Airport

Driver left us stranded in Florence, said he was coming then said couldn't find us and finally turned his phone off. This was 4am in the morning, we had to walk 0.5 miles to station with luggage to find a taxi to take us to Pisa, cost 167.00euros and just made the flight. Would not use a service like this again when a taxi driver doesn't know the city!!!!!

As already written in the mail we sent you the driver Antonio had a stroke when he was already in Florence. He tell us that while you were calling him he was feeling bad and could not talk. We knew what happened only the day after when the hospital where he is hospitalized called us. Both the driver and the team are mortified for what happened because, as you can see from the other reviews, we are a serious and professional company. You could also contact us at the number you found in the booking and we would be able to resolve the situation instead of staying in the dark of everything. We apologize once again for the incident but we allow us to give you a 20% for the humanity and the indelicacy of this review because the problem derived from a serious health problem and not from any neglect. This was a great hassel free service. Both transfers arrived early for us and we had lovely clean fresh vehicles, well presented and friendly drivers and well worth the cost. Would highly recommend them.

Journey from Pisa Airport to Lucca

Really impressed with the service . The driver was courteous and professional and got us to our destination smoothly and comfortably. Our holiday apartment was in Lucca in an area that is difficult to access by car but driver took the trouble to drop us off at the very closest point he could - skilfully manoeuvring through the narrow streets. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to book again . Thank you!

Journey from Pisa Airport to San Giovanni D'Asso

Our plane was late but the driver seemed unperturbed by this and was very welcoming .The car was air conditioned and had a cool box with water .Driver spoke a little English and was very easy to talk to and friendly.He drove carefully and at our destination waited till I had made phone contact with our son who was already in the villa as it was not easy to find in the village. We were very pleased with the service since this was first time we had arranged a private transfer.
