Journey from Milan Malpensa Airport to Vaglio Serra

I was pleased with Find Transfers website. It was a long transfer from Milan Malpensa airport and I was happy with Walter Ruzzoni’s quote. When the booking was accepted I got his contact number in case of problems. I was able to confirm by text with him. Pick up was without problems. He was at the meeting point as planned. He was very pleasant. I was very happy with his driving. Definitely happy to recommend him.

Walter was waiting for us upon our arrival at Milan Malpensa and drove 4 of us to Täsch to catch the train to Zermatt. Great communication before our arrival in Milan, prompt, spacious and comfortable vehicle, courteous. Highly recommend!

Walter is amazing! Not only was he very responsive, helpful, and on-time - he dealt with both a big flight delay and a flight cancellation! He ended up driving us to multiple locations at late notice, including a 4am pickup and without him, we would've been stranded! Thank you Walter. We'll use him every time we come to Milan.

Everythng went well. The driver answerd quickly when I sent e-mail to him. Only little negative thing was that we couldn't pay with a card even when it was mentioned in the booking information. But he informed us about it in advance on the previous day. So it didn't cause any problem.

It was my second visit to Italy when I used Walter's transfer service. And like in my previous visit the sevice was excellent. Our flight was late for almost 2 hours and driver waited for us. The both rides to and frome Malpensa airport were smooth, in time and safe. Very polite and friendly service. Highly recommend !
