Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora

Very good service. Would definitely use again. Driver was friendly and on time for return journey. Only problem was a delay on arrival for about 30 mins.

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Gran Oasis Resort

The way to the hotel was good, found the desk very easy staff and the driver very nice. Way back to the airport, the driver was at the hotel very early could see them waiting while packing bags. The only issue at the bottom of the hill the tax had a runaway diesel fault which caused the taxi to fill with smoke and us to exit the car very scared. Needless to say, the car totaled from them. had to wait about 30 mins for them to send second car which but still managed to make flight

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Laguna Park 2

Was very good apart from on our return when we were booked for 11:20 pick up and returned from our morning walk at 10:30 for the driver to be stood waiting saying traffic was bad and that we would have to leave in 10 minutes. Left at 10:40 arrived at airport in 20 minutes no traffic at all so had to wait for over 3hrs sat in airport waiting for flight home.

Waiting at airport , friendly , showed us Good restaurants on way to hotel, very courteous. Arrived before time to pick us up because traffic was heavy. Very nice - would book them again

Very punctual and friendly. The only issue is the standard of the car seats on both journeys 1 of the younger children’s car seats were way below standard, on return to the airport a baby had to sit on our laps as we could not get the car seat done up.
