Forgot to collect us - was supposed be picked up at 13:00. Our reception called numbers on receipt stamp they do not exist. I found another number on email - they sent driver who turned up at 13:44 when should have been at airport by 13:30. Thankfully we managed to still catch our flight but was very stressful journey.

My first transfer was perfect. My second, driver was 20 minutes late for airport transfer to catch a flight. I referred company to two friends. Bus never arrived. No email , no phonecall. They nearly missed their flight because of this.
