The driver was lovely and pleasant and was able to speak to us in broken English enough to understand. He was very prompt arriving early for the return journey and extremely helpful with the luggage. Would certainly recommend and use company again

Everything worked fine. But the busses are old, and the safetybelts did not all work. Thats not ok, and I have asked for it before the trip...

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to CLC Paradise

I have emailed you separately regarding our experience. Yurena Trans picked us up fine from the airport, no issues. ON OUR RETURN TO THE AIRPORT THEY FAILED TO TURN UP!!! When contacted by our hotel, there excuse was the vehicle had broken down! I have no proof, but I do not believe them! I had confirmed the taxi on Wednesday prior to our travel on the Friday evening. On Friday evening; They failed to contact me at the time to advise me that they had broken down, even though they had my e mail address & they have failed to apologise for letting us down since, appalling customer service. I WILL BE NOTIFYING ALL OUR FRIENDS NOT TO USE!! Had it not been for our hotel arranging a taxi back to the airport , we could have missed our flight.
