No issues with the company whatsoever the vehicle was comfortable and spotless Freindly reliable service

Great for last minute booking. Driver arrived early and got us to the airport very quickly, and for a very cheap price. Would highly recommend.

The service was punctual and the driver was very personable. Whilst I'm not a nervous passenger, I do have an issue with being driven flat out (around 120kph ) in a minibus and the driver's habit of tailgating slower moving vehicles in the outside line. In these circumstances a small loss of concentration could have disastrous consequences and this driving style borders on reckless in my opinion. I certainly didn't want to finish my holiday in this fashion and I was relieved to get out of the vehicle at the airport.

Whilst the arrangements were well organised The driver was not very friendly (maybe a language barrier but a smile doesn’t hurt anyone). Also I was expected to pay in cash in advance before setting off for both sectors of the booking. I would have had no comeback if they hadn’t returned to pick us up to go to the airport. There was also no air conditioning in the van which was very uncomfortable for people in the back.

Absolutely excellent service. It would be good to know there is an office at Tenerife South Airport. Timing both arrivals and departures was also excellent. Definitely use Yurena Transfers again.

Very efficient and caring service.

We booked a private return transfer with Yurena trans (for €110 payable to the driver on the day). After waiting 40 minutes at the airport we were taken to a mini bus which was shared with another couple and therefore not a private transfer. Fortunately we were dropped off first and the driver did help to get the luggage on and off the bus for us and the bus was clean so my initial rating would have been 3 out of 5. Our return journey was booked for 12 noon. The day before when I emailed them to double check our booking they emailed back to ask if they could come earlier at 11.15. Reluctantly we agreed after changing arrangements with our host who was coming to collect our keys. Much to our annoyance by 12 noon they had failed to turn up . Our Spanish speaking host luckily called them for us. They gave a feeble excuse about the driver having trouble with his car and would be another 35 minutes! The only good thing was that we had only paid for the first journey, so our host told them not to bother coming. He then arranged a taxi for us which arrived in less than 10 minutes. This was obviously a private transfer with a wonderful, helpful driver and only cost us €7 more than Yurena were going to charge. Unfortunately I can therefore only advise people to avoid Yurena trans altogether.

our flight was late and there was a problem retrieving our luggage which lent to a delay of over an hour but the lady from Yurena was very nice about it. The transport was a Mini Bus and not a taxi but was very comfortable. The return transport was prompt and helpful. I will certainly use them again

We booked this transfer last minute after being let down , they stepped in and where super , The transfer to the resort im sure the driver took the senic route and showed us lovey veiws of the island , transfer on return was quicker arrived in plenty time for our return flight home

We arrived outside the airport but couldnt find the driver but did eventually...he had our name written very faintly on a card...not easy to see for old people!
