Very good service. Would use again. However would have been useful to know beforehand that you have to go to the taxi desk in arrivals rather than look for someone with a sign as their email states.

Forstår måske ikke helt spørgsmålet, men hvis der menes kørslen med jeres busser havde vi en behagelig kørsel med jeres chauffører. Punklig ankomst til afhentning. Desværre var vi ikke ovenud tilfreds med køretøjets trafiknæssige stand. (Vi var 3 danske politifolk!) Sikkerhedsselerne duede ikke i bilen fra afhentning fra hotellet, og sæderne var meget slidte. Banestolen til vores 2- kunne ikke bruges, da der ikke var plads til benene og selen var tilmed ikke god. Vi havde dog alle 9 personer en dejlig ferie. Vi kommer igen og vender tilmed tilbage til jer med kørsel. Venlig hilsen HANS SØRENSEN

Journey from Tenerife South Airport to Hotel Cleopatra Palace Tenerife

The driver was waiting for us outside arrivals even though our flight was 30 minutes early. I was surprised when he also met another couple and all four of us travelled in s minibus. I had expected a private taxi. But hey, it got us to our hotel quickly around midnight.

Both drivers were very pleasant when picking us up. We did struggle to find our driver at the airport but with some help from a staff member we located her where she was standing with my name on a sign as we were told. Also the price was incredible. I would 100% book with Yurena Trans again
