Texted me a 3.10 in the morning to say he couldn’t collect us after paying in full. Had to get another taxi and pay him again. I still haven’t got my refund from him. Put a lot on stress on us with two young kids and a plane to catch

Not we wrote you at 3.10 for anticipate half an hour pick up time. After many calls who you didn t respond ten minutes after your pickup time you wrote us "i m sorry see now" the refund was just sent. Thanks Gabriele

Journey from Treviso Airport to Lido di Jesolo

The car didn’t had the child seats as requested and i booked and they confirm the transfer back to the airport but they didn’t show and eventually they send another car and charged me with an extra of 50 euro. Don’t trust them with your vacation

Booked for return flight. Picked us up at the Airport. Paid him for both flights and did not show to bring us back to Airport . Very disappointed trying to find another taxi at 4 a.m. in the morning it was impossible. So very disappointed.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to DoubleTree by Hilton Trieste

I have 2 complaints. Firstly I had mentioned I was travelling with 4 large bags and 2 small bags but the vehicle was not large enough. Secondly it clearly said on the website that you could pay the driver by cash or card and I wanted to use my card after such a long trip but he didn’t accept my card, he said I was supposed to let them know I was using a card. Very unprofessional!

You have to mention 4 oversize bags not 4 large bag, large and oversize is different. Yes at the moment of reservation we write you if you want pay with card ask us 24h before because we have only one machine for pay with card and you don t mention that.

Journey from Porto Corsini to Venice Marco Polo Airport

He was an 1 hour late and didn’t compensate my money. I had to change my flight because I obviously wasn’t going to make my flight to Venice. I changed my flight to bologna which was closer for me but not for him. I thought since he was late he would understand, but he still charged another 100 euros, if not he stopped the car and threatened to kick me out of the car. I am extremely disappointed with this service. Don’t ever book with them.

We are not on delay , if your cruise drop off you one hour early not depend by us, you book at this time and we arrived at the time of booking. If you don't know from ravenna to venice there want 2 hour and hal journey and your flight is 2 hour and half after time of your booking it s your problem not mine. Your change of airport depend by your errors not for our errors. We arrive at time of you booked. For next time you have to inform to time of journey and time of your flight Thanks Gabriele

Journey from Venice to Porto Corsini

The car was amazing. A Maserati! The driver was an excellent driver, but spoke little English. However, he spoke more English than we spoke Italian, so this really was our issue. The one complaint we had was that our written confirmation said cash or card. At the end of the trip, the driver said it was cash only. This caused a huge problem for us as we had to use all our Euros, literally. ATMs have large additional charges. We were really unhappy about this. So, while it would have been a good value for the money, the fact that we ended up with additional expenses from the ATM changed our opinion. Had we been able to use our card, our ratings would have gone up to excellent. Be sure to confirm exactly how you can pay before using this service.

Very reliable transfer service. Our driver was right on time and such a gentleman. The rate was very good also. The car was a little cramped that’s my only little complaint but otherwise the service was excellent.

Journey from Trieste to Venice

We booked a transfer from Trieste to the Marco Polo airport. After lots of searching this company was the least expensive. I appreciated we didn’t have to pay a deposit with this company. The driver was a few minutes late to pick us up, but overall I would definitely recommend this company if you need a private transfer. Thank you!

Journey from Cruise Port - Ravenna to Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre
