Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Pra delle Torri camping

Plane was delayed but our driver waited for us. Happy with service. Driver asked for the full amount (+a €10 tax which I didn't know about) after the outward journey. I had to trust that they would come back for the return. They did, so no issue, but there was a slight sense of uncertainty and worry until they showed up.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Union Lido | Camping 5 Stelle

The return transfer did not arrive as booked the car was for 4 people and I had to leave my family and travel with a car full of strangers to the airport. The driver said it was no big deal and I was told to relax and enjoy the drive - as a result of having to share I had to sit in the car and drive to the other families accommodation and pick them up so we were 15mins late - would not recommend and would not reuse the company again.

We used OfficialTransfer for both legs of our journey. Despite the flight been 1 hour delayed, the driver was there waiting for us (family of 4). During the journey, he gave us a lovely tourist insight into the region and activities to consider. A very pleasant experience on both journeys.

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Hotel Cavalletto & Doge Orseolo

There were some communication problems with this transfer and we did not receive what we paid for. It was very inconvenient as we were left at the water taxi location for 30 min and then called the number given to say we didnt have a reservation. Other transfer companies stayed with their guests until they were transferred to water taxi. The communication during this time was terrible. We ended up paying for another water taxi. Although we had paid for door to door already, this new taxi (70 Euro) only drop us at a station, it was only a short walk but with luggage cumbersome. I'm sure many of you are wondering how this wasn't less stars, but I did contact next day and they refunded the 70 Eros and apologized so that has to be worth something. However I am not sure I can recommend them for future use as the time and inconvenience was more valuable to me than the money

Journey from Venice to Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda

So reliable. On a return trip our driver had an accident but the company found someone else to pick us up. I would use this service hands down. We were able to find a reasonable driver at a reasonable cost. This was so far below any of the other transfer quotes we received. Very impressed with this web site.

Excellent service from our driver Andre, flight delayed an hour on arrival and he was waiting for us as promised and on time for return journey. Also fascilitated a further Pickup during our stay at short notice. Very professional.

Journey from Ravenna to Venice

The driver was great and actual transfer was great, however, website says you can pay cash or charge and we weren’t told until we arrived at our destination they only take cash. The driver proceeded to call his boss who lectured me about not notifying them in advance because they only have one credit card machine for over 200 taxis, as if I was supposed to know this when the booking reference I had (and showed them) accepted credit. He then proceeded to try and charge us 20 euro more than what the booking reference showed (which we refused to pay).

Journey from Venice Marco Polo Airport to Camping Garden Paradiso

Helpful driver from the airport. Used mobile phone while driving. On the return journey the driver did not know where he was going. We passed our paradiso entrance three times. We had to stop him and write down the name of Marco Polo airport. Taxi was not clean inside.

Journey from Trieste to Venice

We were early so I called to see if we could be picked up early, with no answer, in spite of your email saying they were "always available." 6 times and an email! Finally I received a call informing me of the driver's number. I called and was told that 1) he would be 40 minutes late and 2) there would be a stop to pick up other people. I told him both were not part of our arrangement and he told me to call his boss which I did. Again no answer so I left a message to call me so that we could straighten things out. He never called back. We waited to see if the driver would show up and, frustrated, we made other arrangements. I recommend that no one do business with this firm.

If your booking is for 09.30 am and you wrong pick up time because your exit from the ship was one hour before not depend by us but by you. We tried to find a solutions for you and for not wait you. You don't accept and you want find other arrangment not depend by us, the driver was arriving on perfect time. Thanks for negative review for your error of pick up time
